Important Event Information
Flight Arrangements: Frosch Travel
If you requested assistance booking your flights to and from Minneapolis (MSP), your flight confirmation was emailed to you in mid-May to early June from Frosch Travel. If you have questions prior to your departure, please contact a Frosch representative: vls@frosch.com or at 1.844.528.4687 Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. CDT and outside of business hours call 1.866.376.7241 and provide the access code SABRE 3LRB. If your flight has been cancelled, please call the airline directly or proceed to the airline customer service desk to reschedule your flight.
Ground Transportation: MN Black Car Service
Arrival Flights: If you are flying to Minneapolis, your flight itinerary has been shared with MN Black Car Service. Their staff has created a pick-up schedule for all arrival flights. They will monitor flights for delays and cancellations and adjust the schedule accordingly.
Terminal 1: A kiosk with the Verdesian logo is located by baggage claim. A MN Black Car Service member will escort you to the shuttle.
Terminal 2: A MN Black Car Service member will be at baggage claim with a Verdesian sign. They will escort you to the shuttle.
The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the airport.

Departing Flights: MN Black Car Service will pick you up from The Royal Sonesta Hotel on Friday, August 2 at the time noted on your departure notice you’ll receive at the Verdesian check-in table upon arrival. If you are departing a different day between August 3-5 and are lodging at The Royal Sonesta Hotel, the same transportation service will transport you to the airport at the time included on your departure notice.
If you would prefer to have a different pick-up time, you can contact MN Black Car Service to request a different time, 612.735.1318.
Event Transportation: A transportation service will transport you to and from the V.I.P. Summit on Thursday.
The Royal Sonesta Hotel Parking
Hotel self-parking will be covered by Verdesian for retail partners who noted they would be driving their vehicle in the registration form. Your provided room key will allow you to enter and exit the garage.
Hotel Check-In: The Royal Sonesta Hotel (35 S. 7th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55402)
Please check-in at the hotel registration desk when you arrive. A reservation has been made in your name for the dates designated in your registration. Verdesian will cover the nightly fee and taxes for the event dates, July 31-August 1. Your credit card will be requested at the time of check-in and will only be used for incidentals during your stay. The check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Verdesian Check-In
A Verdesian check-in table will be setup in the Denmark Commons located on the third floor of the hotel. Please check in there Wednesday 3:00-5:00 p.m. to receive a welcome bag with materials for the V.I.P. Summit. We ask that all attendees check-in prior to the kick-off event.

5:00-9:00 p.m.: V.I.P. Summit Kick-off Event, The Royal Sonesta Hotel
5:00-6:00 p.m.: Reception, Denmark Commons
6:00-7:00 p.m.: Dinner, Scandinavian Ballroom
Thursday, August 1
7:00-7:55 a.m.: Breakfast, Scandinavian Ballroom
8:00 a.m.: Buses Depart for V.I.P. Summit, The Royal Sonesta Hotel Lobby Pick-up
8:30 a.m.: V.I.P. Summit Start
4:30 p.m.: Buses Depart for The Royal Sonesta Hotel
6:00-9:00 p.m.: V.I.P. Summit Wrap-up Event, Dayton’s Winter Lounge (located next to hotel; use Skylink and follow signs)
Friday, August 2
All Day: Departures (transport by MN Black Car Service)
Scavify App
Please download the Scavify app from the App Store or Google Play Store prior to your arrival in Minneapolis. Please do not create a username at this time. You will be given additional direction about how we will use this app during Thursday morning’s breakfast
Attire
The attire is casual. The average daytime temperature in August in Minneapolis is the mid-80’s degrees with high humidity. Be sure to pack accordingly with athletic shoes for Thursday’s activities. All activities will be held indoors but we recommend you dress cool. You will receive a t-shirt you can wear on Thursday.
Cancellation
The cancellation deadline was May 17th. Any cancellation made after this date will incur a $1,500 cancellation fee.
