Important Event Information
Flight Arrangements: Frosch Travel
If you requested assistance booking your flights to and from Colorado Springs (COS), your flight confirmation was previously emailed to you from Frosch Travel. If you have questions prior to your departure, please contact a Frosch representative: vls@frosch.com or at 1.844.528.4687 Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. CDT and outside of business hours call 1.866.376.7241 and provide the access code SABRE 3LRB. If your flight has been cancelled, please call the airline directly or proceed to the airline customer service desk to reschedule your flight.
Ground Transportation: Access DMC
Arrival Flights: If you are flying to Colorado Springs, your flight itinerary has been shared with Access DMC. Their staff has created a pick-up schedule for all flights. They will monitor flights for delays and cancellations and adjust the schedule accordingly.
Upon arrival at the Colorado Springs airport, please proceed to baggage claim to locate an Access DMC representative with a Verdesian sign. They will usher you to the shuttle.
The resort is approximately 20 minutes from the airport.
If you have any flight changes or have trouble finding the meet up location, you can contact them at 800.996.5677.
Departing Flights: Access DMC will pick you up from the Cheyenne Mountain Resort lobby on at the time noted on your departure notice you’ll receive at the Verdesian check-in table upon arrival.
Event Transportation: A transportation service will transport you to and from the wrap-up event on Tuesday evening.
Cheyenne Mountain Resort Parking
Resort self-parking is complimentary. Valet parking is available for $40/day and will be billed directly to your room. This additional expense will be covered by the credit card you provide the resort at check in.
Lodging: Cheyenne Mountain Resort (3225 Broadmoor Valley Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80906)
Please check in at the resort registration desk at the main entrance when you arrive. A reservation has been made in your name for the dates designated in your registration. Verdesian will cover the nightly fee and taxes for the event dates, July 28-29. Your credit card will be requested at the time of check in and will only be used for incidentals during your stay. The check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
If driving, upon arrival please pull your vehicle to the front drive and leave your luggage in the vehicle. Check in at the front desk to receive a parking pass and a map of parking areas near your guest room.
The Cheyenne Mountain resort is a cashless property. They accept credit cards, mobile wallets, and other digital methods.
Verdesian Check-In
A Verdesian check-in table will be setup in the conference floor foyer (one floor below the main entrance). Please check in there Monday 2:00-5:00 p.m. to receive a welcome bag with materials for the V.I.P. Summit. We ask that all attendees check in prior to the kick-off event.

Scavify App
Please download the Scavify app from the App Store or Google Play Store prior to your arrival in Colorado Springs. Please do not create a username at this time. You will be given additional direction about how we will use this app during the V.I.P. Summit 101 presentation Tuesday morning.
Attire
The attire is casual. The average daytime temperature in July in Colorado Springs is the mid-80s during the day and mid-60s at night. Be sure to pack accordingly with athletic shoes for Tuesday’s activities. Activities will be held indoors and outdoors. You will receive a t-shirt you can wear on Tuesday.
Altitude
Here are a few tips to help you adjust to the altitude.
– Drink plenty of water. Dry mountain air means you’ll need more water than usual.
– Take it slow at first. Ease into activities so your body can adjust.
Cancellation
The cancellation deadline was May 15. Any cancellation made after this date will incur a $1,500 cancellation fee.
