2024 V.I.P. Retreat

The V.I.P. Retreat is an invitation‐only incentive for qualifying retailers enrolled in the 2024 Verdesian Innovative Partners (V.I.P.) Platform. The goal of the V.I.P. Retreat is to engage with our most valued retailer partners and to arm them with the tools to increase their business with Verdesian in the year to come. This event also allows for peer‐to‐peer discussions and networking – all in a fun environment!

Again in 2024, each enrolled V.I.P. will automatically be given one required invite and 5,500 (US retailers)/6,875 (CA* retailers) V.I.P. Points will be deducted from their V.I.P. Point balance. The remaining V.I.P. Points can be used on grower and retailer training, marketing efforts, regional events, seller incentives, Verdesian NUE University incentive funds and custom incentives.

Up to three additional trips can be purchased for 8,000 (US retailers)/10,000 (CA retailers) V.I.P. Points per trip. There will be a limited number of additional trips to purchase; these trips will be available on a first‐come, first‐served basis.

Qualification: To qualify for the 2024 V.I.P. Platform and the 2024 V.I.P. Retreat trip, the retailer must place and take delivery of $300,000 USD/$375,000 CAD (suggested dealer pricing) in Verdesian products during the qualifying period of September 1, 2022‐August 31, 2023. All Verdesian Life Sciences products qualify. The 2024 V.I.P. Platform Enrollment Agreement must also be signed in October 2023.

Ship Date: All product orders must ship by August 31, 2023.

Product Returns: Product returns will be deducted from total annual purchase volume. If the deduction drops the purchase amounts below the qualifying amount to be enrolled in the V.I.P. Platform, the trip(s) and program enrollment will be forfeited.

Trip Invitees: Trips are awarded by Verdesian and are invitation‐only and non‐transferrable. The invitations are to ensure key decision makers are in attendance. An invitation for the 5-day, 4-night trip is for the key decision maker and his/her guest. Covered trip costs include air travel, transportation from and to the airport, lodging, all‐inclusive resort package and the Verdesian-organized meeting and events.

Trip Registration: Online registration will open November 1, 2023** and close on November 15, 2023**. There will be no registrations accepted after this date.

Cancellation: Any trips cancelled after November 16, 2023** will be subject to reimbursement to Verdesian Life Sciences for the full cost of airfare purchased for the invitee and guest. Any trip(s) cancelled after December 16, 2023**, will be subject to reimbursement of the full cost of the trip for the invitee and guest to Verdesian. Verdesian may, at its discretion, terminate any future eligibility for participation in future trips or incentive programs for cancellations or no-shows to the V.I.P. Retreat.
