Susan Barnes Waldo

VP, Global Human Resources

Susan Barnes Waldo, PHR, SHRM-CP, is the VP, Global Human Resources at Verdesian Life Sciences. In her role, Susan is responsible for all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, development and retention, benefits, compensation, and performance management.

With more than 30 years in Accounting and Human Resources, she has held leadership positions in both the private and public business sectors with a portfolio of industry types.

Susan holds a BSBA with a concentration in Management from East Carolina University and has served on both professional and community boards. Currently, community involvement is focused on addressing food insecurity in our local communities.

In her free time, she enjoys many hobbies and is an avid reader while spending time with her family and friends at the beach.
