Joe Morahan

General Counsel

Joe Morahan is General Counsel at Verdesian Life Sciences based in Cary, North Carolina. Prior to joining Verdesian, Joe worked at various companies in the pharmaceutical sector, including Premier Research, Clintrax Global and most recently as Associate General Counsel at Mayne Pharma, where he provided legal advice in all areas of the business including supply chain, product sales, marketing, manufacturing, facility operations, and business development. Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs with a minor in Spanish from the University of Virginia before receiving his law degree from Campbell University.

He and his wife, Mary Graham, have three daughters, as well as two cats and a dog. Outside of the office, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, live music, sports and home improvement projects.
