Clare Doyle

CEO

Clare has more than 35 years of experience across the electronics, specialty chemicals and building materials sectors working for leading companies in those spaces. Her earlier career includes roles in product management, business development and marketing during her 11 years at Rohm and Hass. Subsequently, she joined Elementis, a global specialty chemicals company, where she held the position of VP of Marketing and was a member of the company leadership team. She was recruited to Masonite as the SVP of the Components Division and a member of the leadership team.  She subsequently took over responsibility of Masonite’s international business, headquartered in the UK, and upon her return to the United States assumed the position of Chief Sustainability Officer.
