Clare Doyle
CEO
Clare is a seasoned executive with over three decades of global leadership experience across the specialty chemicals, building materials, and agrochemical sectors. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Verdesian Life Sciences, a leading agrochemical platform focused on biological and nutritional fertilizer enhancers, seed treatments, and inoculants for specialty and row crops.
Prior to joining Verdesian, Clare held several senior leadership roles at Masonite International, a $3 billion global manufacturer of doors and components. As Chief Sustainability Officer, she spearheaded Masonite’s environmental strategy, including the adoption of science-based targets for greenhouse gas emissions and the implementation of renewable energy initiatives. Earlier, she served as Managing Director of Masonite Europe, where she led operations across the UK, Ireland, and Czech Republic, driving significant EBITDA improvements and executing strategic acquisitions and divestitures.
Clare’s earlier career includes executive roles at Elementis plc, where she led global marketing and profitability initiatives, and at Rohm and Haas Company, where she held multiple leadership positions in marketing and corporate development.
Clare holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Tulane University. She has completed executive education programs in Sustainable Capitalism at Berkeley Law and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the University of South Florida.
