Dave brings over 20 years of global leadership experience in the specialty materials and polymers industries, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and building high-performing teams.

Dave is a dynamic executive known for his safety-first practices, expertise in Continuous Improvement, and data-driven strategies that enhance productivity and align operations with strategic business goals. Most recently, he led manufacturing operations at Sterling Specialty Chemicals (formerly part of Kemira Chemicals), where he successfully implemented large-scale process improvements, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and championed safety and sustainability initiatives.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and has held leadership roles across the U.S. and Canada. His collaborative approach and deep technical knowledge will be instrumental as we continue to improve our execution and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
