Doug Sibbitt

Vice President of Sales, Central Region

Based in Marseilles, Illinois, Doug brings extensive experience across the agriculture industry, with a strong understanding of the needs of manufacturers, distributors, retailers and growers.

Prior to joining Verdesian, Doug served as Northeast Zone Director for Timac Agro USA, where he focused on driving profitable sales growth and leading the regional team. Previously, as ESN National Accounts Manager with Agrium/Nutrien, he developed programs that helped grow ESN sales by 46% while overseeing a marketing territory of more than $40 million in sales.

Doug holds a B.S. in Plant Pathology and Entomology from Purdue University.

Outside of work, Doug and his wife enjoy spending time with their family, especially their five grandchildren. They also enjoy rockhounding, antiquing and walking their 9-month-old Labradoodle, Onyx. Doug is an avid reader of Civil War history and collects Civil War artifacts.
