Chris WIley

Chris brings extensive leadership experience in agricultural sales and business development across the Southeast. He has deep expertise in the fertilizer industry, crop production systems, and value-based selling methodologies, along with strong relationships with key agricultural retailers and distributors throughout the region.

Most recently, Chris served as Zone Director at Timac Agro, where he successfully led a team of eight regional managers and more than 30 sales representatives. He earned a B.S. in forestry and natural resources from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in agricultural education from Iowa State University.

Throughout his career, Chris has built and led high-performing sales organizations and successfully developed and executed sales strategies for granular fertilizers, nitrogen stabilizers, biostimulants, and seed treatments. He is also proud to have received the 2014 MVP of Sales award for all of Dow AgroSciences.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their two daughters, Caroline and Ellison. Family time is a top priority, and he also enjoys getting outdoors, whether that means hunting, fishing, or hitting the golf course.
