Verdesian Life Sciences is pleased to announce that Josh Lundy has been promoted to Vice President of Sales, U.S. Seed Treatments and Inoculants (ST&I). In this role he will be responsible for: leading, developing and retaining a talented team of ST&I account managers who are dedicated to educating and supporting our partners in the field; focusing on delivering top-line results through strategic business planning with distribution and retail partners; and collaborating with Marketing and Operations to ensure a superior customer experience. Lundy will report to Paul Beck, VP of Marketing and General Manager of ST&I U.S.
Lundy has excelled in his roles at Verdesian, beginning as an Account Manager (then a Technical Sales Representative) with the ST&I business. A little over a year ago, Lundy was promoted to Director, North American Seed Treatment Sales.
Lundy offers more than 20 years of retail agronomy management experience. Before coming to Verdesian he was with South Dakota Wheat Growers in Aberdeen, SD, from 2009 until June 2017, working in a variety of roles, including Director of Agronomy Inputs. He also has experience with Landmark Services Cooperative in Wisconsin, and Prairie Grain Partners LLC, Western Consolidated Cooperative, and Dawson Ag Service – all based in Minnesota.
Lundy earned an associate’s of Science, Agribusiness Management, from Minnesota West Community College in Canby, Minn.
