Nick Ebert is a dynamic commercial leader with over two decades of experience in global growth, customer-centric transformation, and channel development across consumer goods, distribution, and emerging growth industries. He most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer at Carnivore Meat Company, where he delivered significant topline and profitable growth, expanded into new geographies, and successfully scaled the business under private equity ownership. At Carnivore, he built out North American branded retail, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, private label, and international channels while strengthening organizational capabilities and culture.

Nick also held senior leadership roles at PepsiCo and Sysco, where he drove strategic partnerships with leading global retailers, distributors, and foodservice operators. His expertise in sales, strategy, and general management enabled him to deliver innovative growth strategies and executional excellence in both established and emerging categories.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and passion for developing people, Nick brings deep expertise in go-to-market transformation, team building, and organizational excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Kansas State University.

Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, and now based in the Kansas City area, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, and their three children, Asher, Claire, and Rowan.
