Regional Event

You can use your V.I.P. Points to subsidize the expenses incurred for a team building and training event you plan. Take your team on an ice fishing expedition, to the golf course for a round of 18 or on a snow mobile outing. Here are parameters that must be met to use your V.I.P. Points on a local/regional event:

Trip itinerary and agenda must be provided to the Partner Engagement Director for approval;

Must include a business meeting or product training on Verdesian products;
Must include VLS Account Manager or other VLS staff;
Verdesian branded merchandise should be included;
No other sponsors are allowed for the event.

Complete the REGIONAL EVENT APPROVAL REQUEST form to receive approval to use your V.I.P. Points for the event.

Once you’ve held your event, complete the form below. The expense(s) will be paid once the form is submitted with the approved, detailed vendor product and/or service receipts/invoices. Please allow 45 days for payment to be sent.
