So here is how it works. Depending on qualifying sales, for each $50.00, $75.00 or $100,00 USD/CAD of Verdesian product purchases (suggested dealer pricing) September 1-August 31, you receive one V.I.P. Point (1 Point = $1.00 USD/CAD). Simple, right?

Spend It All

The program allows flexibility for you to choose the way your V.I.P. Points are spent to fully maximize the benefits. The Points just need to be used in a way to support the education or promotion of Verdesian products.

$300,000-499,999 USD: Earn 1 V.I.P. Point for Each $100 in Sales
$420,000-699,999 CAD: Earn 1 V.I.P. Point for Each $100 in Sales

$500,000-999,999 USD: Earn 1 V.I.P. Point for Each $75 in Sales
$700,000-1,399,999 CAD: Earn 1 V.I.P. Point for Each $75 in Sales

$1,000,000+ USD: Earn 1 V.I.P. Point for Each $50 in Sales
$1,400,000 CAD: Earn 1 V.I.P. Point for Each $50 in Sales

The Large Fine Print

  • You are not automatically opted into the program due to your sales results. You must sign the Verdesian Innovation Partner (V.I.P.) Platform agreement that will be sent to eligible and interested retailers in November.
  • New private label products as of November 2025 will be included as part of qualifying sales for the program on a case-by-case basis.
  • We request you share your inventory levels once per year.
  • Your V.I.P. Points’ use plan must be submitted on the “Allocation” page by March 31.
  • Approval for custom offer benefits must be approved by the Verdesian Partner Engagement & Communications Director prior to use.
  • Verdesian has the right to cancel scheduled trips at its discretion.
  • V.I.P. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable and expire at the end of each program year.
  • V.I.P. Points do not roll over from year to year and expire after August 31.
  • You must be fun to work with and passionate about growing your business.

What happens next?

  • Program Qualifying Period
    • 2026 V.I.P. Platform Year: Qualifying period is September 1, 2024-August 31, 2025.
    • 2027 V.I.P. Platform Year: Qualifying period is September 1-,2025-August 31, 2026.
  • Awarded V.I.P. Points for enrolled V.I.P. retailers will be loaded in this website and ready for use in November.
  • V.I.P. Points must be allocated by March 31, 2026 and those plans fully executed on or prior to August 31, 2026.
