Phillip Frost

Phillip Frost is technical development manager for Verdesian’s nutritional and plant health products in California, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Colorado.

Phil has over 20 years of experience in agricultural businesses. He founded two agricultural startups in Zimbabwe where rural farmers were taught conservation agriculture practices and food provision. He has served as director of research and development at Integrity Propagation in Chatsworth, NJ prior to joining Verdesian.

Phil holds a Master’s in Professional Studies in International Agriculture and Rural Development and a Master’s of Science in Agronomy with a focus on Soil Health, both from Cornell University. He also earned his MBA from Oxford Brooke’s University (Damelin Administered). He enjoys serving as liaison for farmers and scientists, increasing soil and water quality and farmer returns.
