Joe is a University of Wyoming graduate with a degree in Agricultural Education. He began his career teaching high school Agriculture/FFA for seven years before moving to the J.R. Simplot Company, where he spent more than 22 years in roles including Location Supervisor, Crop Advisor, Key Account Manager, and most recently Market Manager for Wyoming, Montana, and Northeast Idaho.
